To efficiently deliver the final output in the form of BIM data—including not only geometric information but also detailed attribute information—a highly optimized BIM process was established. Various automated scripts were developed and utilized to enhance efficiency. Model information was shared with collaborating partners in formats compatible with major platforms, and BIM models were built and integrated to ensure attribute information could be fully documented. All stations designed and constructed in Doha, Qatar, adhered to the Architecture Brand Manual (ABM) established by UNStudio. However, during the design phase, certain sections were found to be unsuitable for expression or construction based on the logic defined by UNStudio. To address this, a new geometric analysis was conducted, and issues were reviewed and corrected in collaboration with the client, designers, and JV teams. This process involved reestablishing the logic and templates to ensure proper implementation.
