Developed a comprehensive "BIM Manual" that outlined BIM goals, level of development (LOD), standards, processes, protocols, and QA/QC standards and checklists for the design phase of the project. Deployed and managed a global BIM collaboration SVN platform for data exchange and role-restricted read/write BIM access during the DD & CD phases of the project.
Utilized high-quality 3D modeling to solve difficulties in atypical design planning, manufacturing, and construction. Inspected all fabrication/construction processes through 3D scanning.
Provided up-to basic and/or advanced Digital project software training for the design and contractor team. Developed a BIM coordination schedule in accordance with the design and construction requirements. with a focus on the project enclosure, integrate BIM geometry & identify clashes as set-out in the BIM submission schedule during the DD/CD phase of the project.
Developed custom automation routines and scripting required to implement key project digital processes for BIM management. Tracked BIM production metrics to control detailed engineering progress, and extracted quantities as requested by the design team during the project bidding phase.
